If your brand utilizes the Basic Package, you will have access to three types of campaign emails that support your program rewards and the Birthday and Enrollment Campaigns. These emails are unable to be customized and are optional to implement. If you have a higher tier package, you can create your own emails and have access to other types.
Earning a Program Reward Email
You’ll be able to send an email to your customers to notify them that they’ve earned a reward. The reward content will automatically be created based on the configuration of the program.
Birthday Campaign Email
Birthday Reward Campaigns will make it so your guests receive a birthday reward (as long as their birthdays are in your system). If a Birthday Campaign is active, you have the option to send a Birthday Campaign Email to your customers. The content of this email will automatically be created based on the configuration of the campaign.
Enrollment Campaign Email
If you have a Loyalty Enrollment Reward Campaign activated, you will be able to send an email to guests who just signed up for your Loyalty Program. The link to your brand’s member portal will automatically be created and linked to your custom-hosted site.
