The Campaign Catalog

Campaigns are a great way to help drive guest engagement, increase sales, raise brand awareness, and more. Take a look at some of the great campaigns that we currently offer. Please note that certain campaigns are only available with certain packages. 

Accessing the Campaign Catalog

Navigate to the Campaigns Section

Find the Campaigns tile on the left navigation bar and click on it.

Select Campaign Catalog
Find the Campaign Catalog tab near the top of the page and click on it.

Browse and Select Campaigns

Browse the campaign catalog to find the campaign you want to create. Click on the tile you want, and then you’ll be able to create your campaign.

You’ll be able to filter by category by selecting from the colored category chips at the top of the catalog. You’ll also be able to search for campaigns using the search bar.

Campaign Catalog Choices

Run a campaign that automatically triggers a single offer when a customer moves from the Active Customers to At Risk Customers segment.

Run a campaign that automatically triggers a single offer when a customer moves from the At Risk Customers to Churned Customers segment.

This campaign is to be used in conjunction with a Points or Punch Banking Loyalty Program.

Use this campaign to assign values to products or discounts. When a customer has a qualifying purchase and sufficient points or punches to redeem, a message will appear on the POS prompting a selection. If redemption is selected the appropriate points or punches will be deducted from the customers balance.

Run a limited time Buy One, Get One Discounted Product Campaign. You can optionally send a communication prior to the start of the campaign. Discount will be applied to the second instance of the same product in one purchase.

Send your Loyalty Member a notification when they are close to earning a reward.

Note: This campaign does not apply to Banking Loyalty Programs.

Communicate with your customers after they make a purchase. You can optionally include a discount to be used on a future visit.

Send a communication to your customers to promote a product, showcase a new product, or feature excess inventory to encourage purchases.

Run a limited time campaign to incentivize your customers to purchase a specific product by offering a reward for the purchase of that product. We recommend sending a communication prior to the start of the campaign to increase campaign success.

This campaign applies once per customer.

For security, alert and/or reward a customer for providing additional information in their profile. Name, email and phone are provided during enrollment and do not apply to this campaign.
 
Updates to Gender, Address, Birthday, City, Zip Code or State will trigger this campaign.

This campaign will reward your customer for their first purchase after enrolling in your loyalty program.
