Both campaigns and loyalty programs help to keep your guests engaged with your brand, but it’s important to understand the difference between the two.
Guests can enroll into a loyalty program to earn rewards.

LOYALTY PROGRAMS
Your loyalty program is something you will most likely set up once and hardly ever touch again. You can set up a loyalty program for your guests to enroll in. This will give them the opportunity to earn rewards to use! You can set up your program so your guests can earn points or punches, and then be rewarded with immediate Cash Back or points banking. Your brand will likely use this program for the long term, so be sure to be careful when setting it up!

CAMPAIGNS
Campaigns are something you can modify as needed, though you’ll be limited on how many campaigns you can use based on your package. You can even tie in campaigns so they’re only available for those guests who are enrolled in your loyalty program. Campaigns are essentially rules or promotions you can have running for your brand. These can vary widely depending on how you wish to use them. Campaigns can be constant or repeating, or they can only run for a limited period of time.
Common campaigns you may be familiar with include promotions such as “Buy one Get One Free” or “Happy Hour Specials from 4pm-6pm”. They are very customizable!
