Essential Portal makes it easy to search for individual guests. Just follow the steps below.

Finding the Guest Search Section
Click on the Guest Search tab on the left-hand navigation bar.

Enter Guest Information
You will be able to search for individual guests by their card number, first name, last name, email, or phone number. Enter the needed information and click the Search button.

Check your Results
You’ll be able to see the results below that match your query.
From here, you’ll be able to click on an individual guest profile. By clicking on a guest profile, you will be able to see a wide array of information for that guest, such as what program they’re in, what day they enrolled, how many points or rewards they have, and more.
