Using Life Cycle Segments in a Campaign

You’ll be able to utilize three different Lifecycle Segments that indicate where a customer is in a their life cycle: Active Customers, At Risk Customers, and Churned Customers. Using a Lifecycle segment in a campaign is simple! Just follow the steps below.

Finding the Campaigns Section

Look for the Campaigns icon in the left hand navigation and click on it.

Begin Campaign Creation
Click the New Campaign button to start a new campaign from scratch and select a campaign from a template. If you’ve already started one, you can also resume a draft.

Select a Life Cycle Segment
Being creating your campaign as normal. When you get to the Segment portion, select either the Active Customers, At Risk Customers, or Churned Customers segment. This will allow you to target your campaign towards this specific segment of customers.

Resume Campaign Creation
Resume creation of your campaign until completed. Once your campaign setup is complete, the campaign will be targeted towards the Life Cycle Segment you’ve selected!
