Using the Email Template Catalog

The Email Template Catalog allows you to easily select a template from multiple options. Our templates are thoughtfully designed and flexible! Simply swap out the images, enter your content and apply your brand colors. Each has been tested extensively to ensure delivery and proper display on all kinds of mobile and desktop devices.

You’ll currently be able to create emails from the following templates:

Our AI Product Recommendations template is formatted with a single column section and triple-column product recommendations at the bottom of the email.

Our Event template is formatted to optimally display one to many upcoming events.

Our General template is a single-column formatted email that can be used for any and all types of communications.

Our Newsletter template is a single column formatted email that can be used for any and all types of communications.

Our Notification template is a simple template to share content-heavy messages.

Our Promotional template is formatted with both single and triple-column sections to promo.

You can follow these steps to create an email from a template within the Email Template Catalog.

Find the Email Section
Look for the Communications icon in the left hand navigation and click on it. You’ll see a section for Email here.

View Email Templates
Within the Email section you’ll see a link called View Templates. Click on it.

Select Your Template
You’ll now be able to see the Email Template Catalog. Find the template you wish to use and click the Use Template button within it.

Select Email Type
Determine if you want this email to be a Scheduled Email or Triggered Email. Click on your choice.

Create Your Email
You will now be able to create your email using the selected template as a base.
