Viewing Reporting for Life Cycle Segments

There are a few different ways you can utilize reporting for Life Cycle Segments: within emails, campaigns, and through the Life Cycle Report.

Viewing Email Metrics

Navigate to the Communication Section

Find the Communication tile on the left navigation bar and click on it.

Navigate to the Desired Campaign Email

Find the Campaign Email tile and click the View Campaign Email button. Then, find the campaign email you wish to view.

Click View Email Metrics

Within the row of the email you wish to view metrics for, click the Actions tab. Then, click View Email Metrics.

View Email Metrics

You’ll be able to view metrics for this email. You can filter these metrics by segment using the Segment dropdown.

Viewing Campaign Metrics

Navigate to the Campaign Section

Find the Campaign tile on the left navigation bar and click on it.

Navigate to the Desired Campaign 

Within the row of the campaign you wish to view metrics for, click the Actions tab. Then, click View Campaign Metrics.

Note: The only applicable campaigns for these metrics are Automatic Win-back Offer for Churned Guests and Automatic Win-back Offer for At Risk Guests.

View Campaign Metrics

You’ll be able to view metrics for this campaign. You can filter these metrics by segment using the Segment dropdown.

Viewing the Life Cycle Report

Navigate to the Reporting Section

Find the Reporting tile on the left navigation bar and click on it.

Click the Life Cycle Report

Find the Life Cycle tile and click on it.

View the Life Cycle Report
