Queued mobile messages are mobile messages that have been scheduled to be sent, but haven’t gone out yet. These mobile messages can usually be canceled if they are done so at least 15 minutes prior to their official send time. If time permits it, canceling a queued mobile message is easy. This is only applicable to Scheduled mobile messages. Simply follow these steps.

Finding the Scheduled Mobile Message Section
Navigate to the Scheduled Mobile Message page. This can be done by clicking the Communication tab on the left-hand navigation bar. Click the View Scheduled Mobile Messages button. You can also click on the mobile tab, then click the Scheduled Mobile Message menu drop-down.

Cancel Your Mobile Message
Find the mobile message that you wish to cancel and click the Actions bar next to it. Select the Cancel option. Your mobile message should be canceled and not sent out as long as this action was taken at least 15 minutes prior to the original send time or send day in the case of sending it optimized to the customer’s preferred time.
